The Company: As our Safety and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the management and monitoring of Health and Safety systems, procedures and safe systems of work at site level. You''ll be responsible for maintaining compliance with Viridor management systems and support compliance with environmental permits or licenses. Implementing policy and procedure to deliver a highly compliant, quality led environment with safety at its core, you''ll actively monitor, maintain and manage health and safety risks assessments, SSOW and method statements to ensure best practice and prevention of incidents and accidents. Working closely with the Plant Manager and site team, you''ll support the development of the plant to maintain high productivity whilst ensuring a no compromise approach with regards to health, safety and environmental compliance at all times. What are we looking for? A hands-on safety professional with experience in industrial settings.
