This well-established organisation has been operating successfully for nearly 30 years and has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the UK.Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:Leading the delivery of the health and safety strategy across multiple projects while managing and developing the Health and Safety teamPartnering with operational leadership to promote a positive safety culture and provide expert health and safety guidanceOverseeing audits, inspections and incident investigations, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvementMonitoring health and safety performance, reporting on key metrics and influencing strategic decision-makingThe successful Health and Safety Manager will have:Proven experience in a Health and Safety Manager or senior health and safety leadership role within demolition, civil engineering or a related construction environmentExperience managing health and safety teams and influencing senior operational stakeholdersStrong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems, supported by a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)Excellent ..... full job details .....
