Health and Safety ManagerKinrossie (Scotland)Up to 45,000 + Car Allowance/Vehicle and BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of the organisation''s Health and Safety performance and drive continuous improvement across the business.This role combines hands-on operational support with strategic oversight, ensuring legal compliance, strengthening Health and Safety systems and documentation, and embedding a positive safety culture throughout the organisation. The successful candidate will be a visible and credible Health and Safety professional who can confidently influence behaviours at all levels while delivering regular reporting to senior leadership team.Key Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:Lead and manage the organisation''s Health and Safety strategy and performance.Ensure compliance with all relevant UK Health and Safety legislation.Develop, review and maintain Health and Safety policies, procedures and documentation.Monitor Health and Safety performance, analyse trends and produce reports for senior management.The successful Health and Safety Manager will have: Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation, regulations and best practice.Experience monitoring Health and Safety performance and producing management reports.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive improvements.NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) as a ..... full job details .....
