You will be instrumental in driving safety and environmental excellence across complex network repair and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements.As our Health and Safety Manager, you will:Support the delivery of the Health and Safety strategy, aligning operational activities with regulatory and client expectationsProvide expert guidance on high-risk activities such as excavations, confined space entries, and street worksLead internal audits, assurance programmes, and incident investigations to promote continuous improvementOversee environmental compliance, pollution prevention, waste management, and sustainability initiativesSupport external accreditation processes including ISO standards and client auditsThe successful candidate will have:Experience in Health and Safety positions within civil engineering, utilities, or construction sectorsKnowledge of UK HSEQ legislation, ISO management systems, and high-risk operationsGood leadership and communication skills across all levels of an organisationRelevant Health and Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH (or equivalent)This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to infrastructure projects ..... full job details .....
