The organisation''s services provide support on the development, policy, and defence to both the UK and global partners, and this role will work closely with the Head of Health and Safety to deliver on projects, ensuring processes and policies are in place.Responsibilities for the Health and Safety Manager will include:Supporting Health and Safety risk management to ensure an accurate understanding of the Health and Safety risk profile, especially across both major and minor construction projectsSupporting the operational Health and Safety function to ensure that effective and efficient procedures are in place to identify, measure and report on Health and Safety related risks, such as on CDMEnsuring that the communication of Health and Safety risks are delivered to the key stakeholdersElevating the Health and Safety management culture across the organisation, so that it becomes a key component of the overall ethosThe successful Health and Safety Manager will have:NEBOSH General Certificate (with relevant qualifications) is mandatoryExperience in working within a health and safety function and team; ideally within the public sector or wider property (with CDM / construction experience)Multisite experience is idealExcellent communication ..... full job details .....
