OverviewA large non profit organisation is currently seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their team to promote best practice and promote excellent health and safety standards across the business.

Role and Responsibilities

Act as the Health and Safety competent person for the organisation

Manage the health and safety committee

Work with managers across the organisation to ensure that great health and safety standards are being followed

Ensure the business is following regulations and complying

Reporting on performance to senior level stakeholders

Managing and motivating team

Managing cost control

Previous experience in a Health and Safety manager position

NEBOSH diploma

IOSH Managing Safely qualified

Hard-working and ambitious

Experience managing a team
