We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager drive safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of workplace well-being. About youAs our Health and Safety Manager, you will be a key part of our new management team. You will oversee all aspects of workplace safety within our warehouse operations. You will work closely with management and operational teams to implement best practices, minimize risks, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be setting the standards and supporting us to develop the policies and best practices. You will be a hands on manager with a solution focus, be comfortable working at pace in a rapidly changing environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies across warehouse operations.Embed relevant procedures for risk and incident managementConduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions where necessary.Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and legal requirements.Develop and deliver training to promote a strong safety culture among employees.Investigate incidents and implement preventative measures to reduce future risks.Maintain health and safety records, audits, and inspections.Work collaboratively ..... full job details .....
