The Role: You''ll take ownership of health and safety across social housing and new build residential sites, ensuring compliance with current legislation while embedding a strong safety culture as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement and monitor HandS policies and procedures across social housing and new build domestic sites - Conduct site audits, risk assessments and incident investigations across occupied and void properties, and new build plots - Advise senior management on compliance and best practice - Deliver toolbox talks and HandS training to site teams - Liaise with housing association clients, principal contractors and the HSE as required What We''re Looking For: - NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) essential - Proven HandS management experience within residential/social housing or new build domestic construction - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels - Valid CSCS card essential -...
