Health and Safety Manager

Are you a hands-on Health and Safety professional who enjoys being out on the factory floor rather than sat behind a desk?We''re recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the site''s Health and Safety function, work closely with senior leadership and help drive a positive safety culture across the business.This isn''t just a compliance role. We''re looking for someone who can build relationships, challenge where needed, and help make Health and Safety part of everyday working life.The RoleLead all Health and Safety activities across the manufacturing site.Ensure the business remains compliant with Health and Safety legislation.Carry out risk assessments and site inspections.Investigate accidents and near misses.Complete internal audits and ensure actions are followed through.Review and improve Health and Safety procedures.Deliver Health and Safety training and support employee development.Work closely with managers across all departments.Manage and support a Training Coordinator.Promote a strong Health and Safety culture throughout the business.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a Health and Safety Manager role.Manufacturing experience is essential.Food manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous.NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.Confident communicating with people at ..... full job details .....
