Your new role As Health and Safety Manager you will be required to promote develop a Safety Culture across NI sites. You will establish and maintain a robust safety culture across manufacturing units, conduct regular safety training sessions for all employees to promote safe work practices, develop and implement safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to industry standards and oversee incident investigations and identify preventive measures. On the environmental side you will be the catalyst for activity and commitment to environmental management and ensure, at minimum, legal compliance and reduce risk of non-compliance. you will also drive sustainability strategy implementation to support corporate environmental goals and manage carbon reporting by tracking, analysing, and reporting on greenhouse gas.Hours of work:Mon - Fri 40hr week. 8am - 5pm. There is flexibility with start and finish times. What you''ll need to succeed Ideally you will have a Degree in environmental management , or equivalent with relevant NEBOSH qualifications and practical working knowledge of improving safety in a manufacturing environment.
