Health and Safety Manager

Do you have Health and Safety Manager leadership, commercial awareness and HSEQ expertise to shape a world-class safety culture while partnering with senior leaders to improve performance, reduce risk and protect our people? Here at GXO, we''re looking for an experienced and influential Contract Health and Safety Manager to lead the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality strategy across our Marshalls and Marley transport contracts. Operating nationally across multi sites and supporting around 300 colleagues, you''ll play a pivotal role in driving safety performance, reducing operational risk and embedding a positive safety culture throughout the organisation. Working closely with senior operational leaders, you''ll provide visible leadership, strengthen compliance and governance, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence, customer satisfaction and long-term business success. This is a full time 37.5 contracted hours per week, permanent position. Working core hours of Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 17:00 (with flexibility required for business needs). Covering 16 sites, it would be beneficial to be based in the Midlands.
