Leading a behavioural safety improvement programme across multiple manufacturing and engineering sitesSupporting the implementation and ongoing development of ISO 45001Conducting site inspections and audits, ensuring actions are completed and recordedDeveloping and reviewing health and safety policies, procedures, and risk-management strategiesDelivering and coordinating health and safety trainingSupporting accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actionsMonitoring safety data to identify trends and recommend proactive improvementsWorking closely with site managers, supervisors, and operational teamsSupporting fire safety and environmental-management activitiesProducing monthly safety briefings ..... full job details .....
