Health & Safety Representative (HSE)

Location: Odense, Denmark (5220 / Region Syddanmark)
Duration: 9-Month Contract
Start Date: December / January
Payroll: Fully managed via WorkWell Global (Employer of Record)

Rate & Package

Gross Day Rate: 5,725 DKK
Gross Weekly Income: 22,900 DKK based on a 40-hour / 5-day week
Estimated Weekly Net Pay: 14,115.62 DKK after applicable income tax, AM-bidrag and ATP deductions
Holiday Pay: 3,037.50 DKK per week allocated to the mandatory Danish holiday pay account (Feriepenge)
Payroll & Compliance: Fully managed through WorkWell Global

We are looking for an experienced, locally based Health & Safety Representative to support a major 9-month engineering and automation project in Denmark.

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day site safety, ensuring compliance with local legislation, completing and reviewing risk assessments and acting as a key point of contact for health and safety matters throughout the project.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HSE Representative, HSE Officer, HSE Coordinator or similar within engineering, logistics, automation or construction environments.

Strong knowledge of Danish health and safety legislation and site requirements.

Completion of the Danish Occupational Health & Safety / OSH Coordinator training (Arbejdsmiljøuddannelse) or an equivalent recognised qualification such as NEBOSH.

You must be currently resident in Denmark and have full legal working rights.

This is a 9-month contract with payroll, tax and compliance managed locally through WorkWell Global.
