You will lead site health, safety, and environmental compliance, working closely with the project delivery team to maintain the highest safety standards during heavy civil engineering and infrastructure works. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily site HandS compliance, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS) specific to substation and civil engineering works.Conduct regular site audits, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.Liaise with site management, principal contractors, and clients to align with DNO / National Grid safety standards.Lead incident investigations and ensure prompt reporting and corrective actions.
