The Role As a Health and Safety Manager , you will play a key part in ensuring safety standards are met across multiple fit-out projects. This is a mid-level role and will suit someone confident in site inspections and audits, with a hands-on approach. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out regular site inspections and audits in line with UK legislation and company standards Reviewing contractor RAMS and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Investigating incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions Supporting project teams in developing and maintaining a strong safety culture Assisting with HandS training, reporting, and KPI tracking Helping maintain company accreditations (ISO 45001, RoSPA, ..... full job details .....
