Health And Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support our construction operations across sites in the North and Midlands. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting project teams in delivering safe and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections across multiple construction projects
• Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation and company policies
• Carry out risk assessments, method statement reviews, and audits
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site teams
• Work closely with site managers, subcontractors, and senior leadership
• Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within construction
• NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential); Diploma (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
• Ability to manage multiple sites and travel regularly between locations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence required
