Health And Safety Manager

I have been asked to find a Health and Safety Manager for my client, an RC frame contractor. They have live projects in London and the Home Counties and have strong, long-term client relationships with both developers and main contractors in place. They currently operate in the commercial and residential sectors and typically work on packages from around 500k to 5 million. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience and this will be with specialist reinforced concrete structures contractors. You will need to be NEBOSH qualified and be able to communicate effectively on site with both colleagues and clients whilst promoting and delivering a safety conscious working environment. The salary and package are pitched at a level that should attract the right candidates and there is also the opportunity to work on a daily rate if preferred. Based on turnover I would say my client is a growing organisation with a portfolio of projects that will allow you to take full control of health and safety delivery with a manageable workload.
