This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business within a long-term, stable environment, offering extensive industry training and genuine career progression.You''ll be an integral part of our Health and Safety team, spending most of your time on site across the UK, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Health and Safety compliance across multiple roofing sites nationwideConduct site audits, inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talksDevelop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programmesLiaise with clients, operatives, and internal teams to maintain safe working environmentsReport, investigate, and document incidents, ensuring corrective actions are carried outAttend Friday morning management meetings on siteWork at height as required - confidence with ladders is essentialExperience, Skills and QualificationsNEBOSH qualification (minimum requirement)Full UK driving licenceRight to work in the UKStrong communication, leadership, and influencing skillsExperience ..... full job details .....
