Health And Safety Manager

Here at Orchard we are recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a leading caravan construction facility in the Hull area. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Policy Leadership: Develop and maintain all H&S policies to ensure full UK legislative compliance. 
• Risk Management: Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections across the factory. 
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents or near misses and implement preventative measures. 
• Training: Deliver engaging toolbox talks and safety guidance to all levels of the production team. 
• Compliance: Maintain all safety records and manage fire safety/emergency planning procedures. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to identify hazards and implement practical improvements.

Benefits:

• HU7 (Hull) 
• Salary: £40,000 per year 
• Hours: Mon–Thu (06:30 – 16:45)
• Some Friday morning needed.
