Health And Safety Manager - Construction
Health and Safety Manager required to join a construction company, specialising in Groundworks and RC Frames, to provide expert Health and Safety guidance and support to project teams across London. Duties will include: Assisting in fulfilling Health and Safety responsibilities to maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures. Conducting audits and inspections to identify gaps and promote best practice and drive standards and performance. Assisting in the investigation of accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions by documenting findings, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent future occurrences. Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of health and safety training programs. Writing regular Health and Safety progress reports. Experience Ideally looking for a candidate with c5 years experience, predominantly gained within Groundworks and RC frames projects. A good practical understanding of the principles of Health and Safety legislation. Qualifications: Minimum of NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction.
