Permanent, full-time position based in Luton, with some travel to other sites as required. Salary £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + additional benefits This is a hands-on Health and Safety role supporting a major construction project, with responsibility for site compliance, risk management, incident investigation and maintaining a strong safety culture across the workforce. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures. Carry out regular site inspections and identify potential hazards. Complete risk assessments and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Lead accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis.
