Brand-new position within a growing team, based in Birmingham, London or Milton Keynes.Client-side role embedded within an Integrated Project Team (IPT) Joint Venture Partnership.Standalone role with potential for team growth and career development.Report to a senior management team that values boots-on-the-ground experience and proactive engagement.Expect to spend around three days a week on-site, coaching civils contractors, influencing positive behaviours, identifying risks, supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and security standards.Requirements
Passion, presence, and the ability to operate in a vibrant, challenging yet rewarding environment; you should be self-assured, collaborative, and solutions-focused.Proven experience in health and safety within major infrastructure or complex programmes.NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential).Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and security legislation.Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with contractors and stakeholders.Professional qualification in Health and Safety or equivalent experience.Experience in and/or ability to assist with the production and review of technical reports including assurance and investigation reports.Comfortable working around plant and site operations.Logical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.Personal Attributes
