Health and Safety Manager (Construction) Walsall Permanent circa £48,000 per annumAn opportunity has arisen to join an industry leader in the Midlands Building Services sector as their Health and Safety Manager.This permanent role will commence from October 2026, although it is also open to candidates who may need to give notice to their current employer and start a little later.Our client specialises in providing mechanical and electrical installations to the commercial construction industry, projects typically in fields such as education, leisure and office space, both new build and refurbishment.The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplaces. This role involves monitoring regulatory compliance, minimizing workplace hazards, promoting a culture of safety, and ensuring environmental standards are met or exceeded.Our client s office is based in Walsall so this will be the usual place of work other than when site visits are required, usually across the Midlands.The successful candidate will interact with operations teams and customers, asessing and documenting all HSE aspects to ensure works are completed in line with company expectations.The appointed candidate will be responsible for outlining proposals / solutions for any issues that are encountered and will be required to work with the delivery team to ensure that these are implemented as ..... full job details .....
