We deliver high-quality engineering solutions for clients across the commercial, retail, education, healthcare, industrial, public sector, and residential sectors throughout the UK. We have a requirement for a Health and Safety Manager. Competitive Salary plus benefits Key Responsibilities Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures to comply with local, national, and international regulations, ensuring best practices are followed across all operations Risk Management and Hazard Identification: Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify hazards in workplaces, projects, and operations. Implement mitigation strategies to control or eliminate risks Incident Investigation and Reporting: Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, or safety incidents. Determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and report findings to senior management and regulatory authorities as required Training and Awareness: Design and deliver health and safety training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
