The company delivers high-quality commercial fit out and refurbishment schemes across sectors including offices, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Health and Safety professional looking to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a positive safety culture.The Role:As Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HSEQ activities across multiple fit out projects, ensuring compliance with current legislation, company procedures, and industry best practice.You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to promote a strong health and safety culture throughout the business.Key Responsibilities:Conducting site inspections, audits, and safety reviews across live projectsReviewing RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work are implementedAdvising project teams on health and safety legislation and complianceCarrying out accident and incident investigations where requiredSupporting toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefingsMonitoring subcontractor compliance and site standardsAssisting with the development and improvement of HSEQ proceduresProducing reports and maintaining accurate HandS documentationPromoting continuous improvement and positive safety culture across ..... full job details .....
