Health and Safety Manager

Senior Health and Safety Manager - £70k Central London (Residential Blocks) We re working with one of the Historic Landed Estates in prime Central London, whose portfolio covers over 110 acres and comprises a broad mix of properties from residential units to offices, shops, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. Within their Facilities / Health and Safety Team, they now seek to hire a Senior Health and Safety Manager as follows: Initially offered as a 1-year fixed term contract with a high likelihood of an extension or permanent contract thereafter Focused predominantly on Residential Blocks of Flats, ensuring current and ongoing compliance with all HandS and Fire Safety legislation Working part home, part office based (3 days office/2 days home) over a 36-hour week Mon-Fri Reporting directly to the Head of FM, ensuring current and ongoing compliance with all aspects of HandS legislation (as applicable to the portfolio in its entirety), ensuring implementation of new regulations whilst continually seeking to improve policies and processes in line with guidance and best practice. You will hold a recognised Health and Safety Qualification (NEBOSH general certificate etc ) with extensive practical experience/knowledge of the HSW Act 1974, Working at Height Regulations 2005, Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, CDM Regulations 2015, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2022 and Building Safety Act 2022, in addition to undertaking regular CPD and training to ..... full job details .....
