The Role You will lead the development and delivery of the company''s Health and Safety strategy, ensure full legal compliance while fostering a proactive, positive safety culture across all sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and continuously improve the HandS strategy, policy and proceduresProvide strategic HandS guidance to senior leadership and operational teamsLead HandS training programmes across the businessOversee risk assessments and site inspection programmesMonitor and report on key HandS performance indicators and trendsInvestigate incidents, identify root causes and implement preventive measuresReview CAPEX proposals for HandS impactManage HandS systems and software implementationCoordinate Operator Licence visits and manage external HandS advisorsAbout YouNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent level 3) - essentialProven senior HandS experience in a multi-site environmentStrong knowledge of UK HandS legislation and Operator Licence complianceAnalytical, commercially aware, and confident influencing senior stakeholdersFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travelTo apply, please follow the link ..... full job details .....
