Health and Safety Manager East Cheshire + multi-site Company Car Frequent Travel Bonus Enhanced Benefits c.£45,000 - £55,000 Axon Moore is working with a high-growth, multi-site organisation based in Knutsford to hire an HandS Manager. The role would suit either someone experienced in management or an ambitious HandS Officer/Coordinator ready to step into management. In this role, you would take ownership of the HandS strategy across the business, ensuring compliance, driving a proactive safety culture, and mentoring a small team.Key responsibilities include:Leading and maintaining HandS policies in line with legislation and best practiceAdvising senior leadership on strategic HandS mattersDesigning and delivering training across the businessDeveloping risk assessment frameworks across multiple sitesReviewing CAPEX proposals for HandS implicationsManaging HandS systems and reporting toolsMonitoring key risk indicators and identifying trends for improvementConducting site inspections, audits, and compliance reviewsSupporting Operator Licence visits and corrective actionsLeading incident investigations and implementing preventative measuresManaging external HandS specialists and contractorsKey requirements:NEBOSH Diploma (or Certificate considered)Strong multi-site HandS experienceGood understanding of UK HandS and Operator Licence complianceFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelTo apply for this role, please follow the link below, and for more information, contact ..... full job details .....
