You will lead and continuously improve health and safety strategies and programs for their Bristol site. As Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety and well-being across all aspects of the business. You will be a key player in driving behavioural safety culture, ensuring all stakeholders, internal and external, are committed to safety and well-being. You will contribute to strategic planning to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, while effectively and efficiently managing health and safety policies, procedures, and systems. You will be responsible for integrating occupational safety and health practices into everything we do in a practical, understandable, and measurable way. Working closely with all supervisors and managers, you will gain a better understanding of the needs of each team, allowing you to enhance working conditions through safety practices that improve and enhance working conditions. Qualifications: Essential qualification for the HSE Manager is the NEBOSH Diploma Certificate or equivalent as a minimum (or working towards) and membership of IOSH.
