This role suits a proactive health and safety professional who enjoys influencing best practice, shaping standards and working closely with senior leadership, site teams and clients. Key Responsibilities • Lead health, safety and compliance strategy across roofing, cladding and construction operations • Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across multiple companies • Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities • Investigate incidents, near misses and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions • Develop and review policies, procedures and risk management systems • Provide guidance to managers, site teams and subcontractors • Deliver training, toolbox talks and safety awareness initiatives • Ensure compliance with legislation, industry standards and client requirements • ..... full job details .....
