This is a key position responsible for ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of health, safety and compliance across multiple live construction sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the business. Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance reviews. Ensure compliance with all current Health & Safety legislation, including CDM Regulations. Prepare, review and update health and safety policies, procedures and documentation. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, producing reports and implementing corrective actions. Advise Directors, Managers and Site Teams on health and safety best practice. Produce RAMS guidance and review contractor documentation. Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and health & safety training where required.
