Health and Safety Incident Response Manager

As the UK''s largest network-sharing joint venture, we are at the forefront of industry transformation, delivering innovative solutions that shape the future of connectivity.The Health, Safety and Environment Team are responsible for setting the standards from a Health and Safety perspective for all work undertaken on the estate including setting and creating assurance levels, managing fatal and significant injury risks as well as the management of HandS issues on the estate. We''re now seeking an experienced HandS Incident Response Manager to join our team.In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate the effective delivery of incident and issue management across the organisation. Acting as the first-line support and escalation point for health and safety-related events, you will ensure outsourced service providers align with MBNL''s standards, drive resolution of major and critical incidents, and foster seamless cross-functional communication.You will also play a key role in governance-providing insights, conducting deep dives, supporting process harmonisation, and ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared to enable continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
