This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining compliance, improving safety culture and driving the business towards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification . Key Responsibilities Lead HSE strategy, policies and management systems across both sites. Drive progress towards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and permits. Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations. Oversee contractor safety, permits to work and RAMS. Chair monthly HSE meetings and monitor HSE KPIs. Deliver toolbox talks, training and safety initiatives. Manage environmental, waste, energy and sustainability initiatives. Liaise with regulators, insurers, clients and external auditors. Report HSE performance and significant risks to senior management.
