Health and Safety DirectorLocation: Salisbury/LondonPackage: 100,000 - 110,000 + Bonus + BenefitsThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Health and Safety Director to lead and evolve the health, safety and compliance function within a growing residential services business. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong blend of operational credibility, systems thinking and stakeholder management. We are looking for an individual who can build best-in-class safety processes, create a positive safety culture and act as a trusted adviser to both senior leadership and clients. While experience within residential property is highly desirable, we are equally interested in candidates from FM, property services, maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, construction support services or other operationally focused businesses where health and safety is an integral part of service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the organisation''s health, safety and compliance strategy.Lead the continuous improvement of health and safety management systems, policies, processes and reporting frameworks.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards.Drive a proactive safety culture across a geographically dispersed operational workforce.Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.Lead, coach and develop a high-performing health and safety team.Establish meaningful KPIs, metrics ..... full job details .....
