      <description>Location: Leicester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Health and Safety Coordinator Midlands based UK site travelFull time or part time Office based with regular site visitsSalary dependent on experience SF Partners are recruiting for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join a growing Midlands based contractor operating across commercial construction and specialist projects throughout the UK. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting out to sites, working with project teams and helping people put safe working practices into place. You''ll work closely with Directors, Project Managers, employees and subcontractors, supporting HandS across several live projects. What you''ll be doing:   Visiting sites to carry out inspections, audits and HandS reviews   Reviewing RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of work   Advising project teams on site risks and practical ways to manage them   Monitoring subcontractor compliance and following up on any issues   Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings   Investigating incidents and near misses and making sure actions are completed   Maintaining HandS records, policies, accreditations and project documentation   Supporting ISO 45001 and the continued development of the ...</description>
