This is a varied role supporting day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the business, helping to drive compliance, employee engagement, and a positive safety culture.Working closely with site teams, you will play a key role in coordinating training, carrying out audits, and ensuring the business maintains high safety standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HSE career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and record Health and Safety training across the siteDeliver Manual Handling training and maintain training recordsSupport Health and Safety committee meetings and produce meeting minutesOrganise well being initiatives and Mental Health Awareness activitiesAssist with inductions for new permanent and agency staffCarry out safety audits and support incident investigationsMaintain safety boards, procedures, work instructions and process documentationSupport preparation and review of Risk Assessments and COSHH documentationTrain staff in safety procedures and compliance requirementsCoordinate occupational health surveillance and compliance ..... full job details .....
