As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety strategies and guidelines throughout the business. Role and Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with the Health and Safety Manager and staff in the Engineering and Quality teams to oversee health and safety systems across the site.Develop and implement health and safety guidelines in relation to the company''s manufacturing procedures.Help to train staff in understanding these guidelines and their importance.Conduct risk assessments and mitigate health and safety risks where possible. Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Previous experience working in a health and safety role in a manufacturing industry.Experience conducting health and safety risk assessments and accident reports.Previous experience developing and implementing health and safety guidelines.
