Health and Safety Coordinator

Health and Safety (SHEQ) Coordinator - Wigan - major construction project - £30k-£35k+benefits - flexible hours available based on a 37.5 hour week. Role Summary: Reporting to the Regional Head of SHEQ, the SHEQ Coordinator will provide coordination, administration and analytical support across key Safety, Health, Environment and Quality activities. The role will work closely with operational and project teams to support effective SHEQ management, understand day-to-day challenges and help identify opportunities to improve performance. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive SHEQ culture, support collaborative working with clients and supply chain partners, and provide accurate data, reporting and management system support. Key Responsibilities SHEQ Coordination and Support Support the implementation of the organisations SHEQ strategy, processes and initiatives. Coordinate and administer key SHEQ activities across regional projects and operational teams. Develop a strong understanding of SHEQ risk management requirements and support the delivery of high standards of performance.
