Health and Safety Consultant ContractLocation: Burton-on-TrentRate: £300 £350 per day (Outside IR35)Contract Length: 6 weeksStart: ASAPWe re seeking an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to support a construction project within a live manufacturing environment. This role will be site-based, five days per week in Burton-on-Trent, providing advisory support to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.Key Responsibilities: Advise on all health and safety matters during the construction phase Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company procedures Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, providing practical recommendations Engage with contractors, site teams, and management to promote a positive safety culture Support documentation, reporting, and action tracking as required Requirements: Proven experience in health and safety within construction and/or manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of UK HandS regulations and CDM NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) essential Excellent communication and advisory skills Ability to work independently and influence at all levels Contract Details:Outside IR35£300 £350 per day (DOE)Six-week contract with potential for extensionSite-based in Burton-on-Trent, Monday to FridayIf you re available immediately and have the right experience, please get in touch to discuss this opportunity further. ..... full job details .....
