Health and Safety Consultant (Interim 6 Months) Location: Dorset (On-Site) £60,000 £75,000 Pro Rata6-Month Fixed-Term ContractWe''re partnering with a well-established UK manufacturer to appoint an experienced Health and Safety Consultant for an initial six-month contract.This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected engineering and manufacturing business at a key stage in its Health and Safety journey. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you''ll review current arrangements, identify opportunities for improvement and help strengthen systems, culture and compliance across the site.This role would suit a pragmatic, hands-on Health and Safety professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing positive change and delivering practical improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The Role Review and enhance existing Health and Safety management systems and processes.Provide practical advice and support to managers across the business.Drive improvements in compliance, risk management and safety culture.Lead audits, inspections and incident investigations where required.Develop pragmatic solutions that support both operational performance and legal compliance.Mentor and coach managers to embed best practice throughout the organisation. About You Proven Health and Safety experience within manufacturing, engineering or a similar industrial environment.NEBOSH Diploma, Level 6 qualification or equivalent.Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety ..... full job details .....
