• Working in close partnership with Company Directors and senior leaders, the role ensures clear standards, expectations, and governance are in place, while supporting leaders to take full accountability for Health & Safety within their areas.
• Building on established Health & Safety processes, the role focuses on continuous improvement, enhancing existing frameworks, strengthening consistency, and further embedding a positive safety culture across the business.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (or higher).
• 30 flexible hours/week
