We are looking for a Health and Safety Education Compliance Lead to make sure the College meets all its legal, statutory and regulatory obligations across our educational and residential provision. Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team, managers, governors and external agencies, you will champion a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement - spanning health and safety, safeguarding, policy management, risk and inspection readiness. Your day to day duties will include Acting as the College''s operational lead for health and safety - inspections, audits, risk assessments, accident and incident investigation (including RIDDOR) and statutory testing.
