Health and Safety CDM Consultant Location: South East England, principally Greater London and surrounding counties Working pattern: Remote/Client site visits/Work from home Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Overview Our client is an innovative and highly regarded Health and Safety and Facilities Management consultancy, currently seeking a Health, Safety and CDM Consultant to join their growing team. This role has a strong focus on CDM (Construction, Design and Management) Regulations, supporting clients with construction-related health and safety compliance, while also covering broader HandS consultancy work. Experience or a qualification in Fire Safety would be a useful addition. You will not be the typical safety police. You will be a problem-solver with a creative mindset, someone clients genuinely enjoy seeing - inspiring others rather than being feared. You will help clients understand that well-developed safety systems are a business benefit, not a business cost. Purpose of the Role Supporting clients across a range of sectors, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding HandS consultancy service - with a particular focus on CDM compliance - offering expert advice and guidance to help clients manage and reduce health and safety risks in their workplaces, while providing best-practice support to improve internal HandS processes.
