Health and Safety CDM Advisor

Health and Safety CDM Advisor required to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. Working with clients across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, engineering, housing and leisure. Projects will be based across the North West.

Health and Safety CDM Advisor Duties will include:

• Acting as CDM Advisor on a variety of construction projects.
• Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations from concept to completion.
• Preparing and reviewing pre-construction information and health and safety files.
• Advising clients, designers and contractors on their statutory duties under CDM.
• Carrying out site inspections and audits, providing practical, actionable feedback.
• Delivering training to client teams where required.
• Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate or equivalent health & safety qualification
• Membership of IOSH, or similar professional body (TechIOSH, GradIOSH, etc.)

Experience

• Experience in a consultancy, construction Health and Safety role.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

This-Health and Safety CDM Advisor role is paying up to -55k plus benefits.
