Employing over 4,500 people nationwide, the business has a well-established safety culture and is looking for an engaging Health and Safety professional to support operations across the South of England, partnering with Regional Directors and Branch Managers to drive continuous improvement.Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Business Partner will include:Partnering with stakeholders to drive a positive and proactive health and safety culture across the region.Providing practical advice and guidance on health and safety legislation, risk management and best practice.Delivering audits, inspections and assurance activities, identifying opportunities to continually improve safety performance.Coaching and influencing operational teams to take ownership of health and safety rather than relying on the safety function.Supporting fire safety compliance across the region where required.The ..... full job details .....
