Health and Safety Business Partner

Health & Safety Business Partner Required Stafford (with regular travel across Staffordshire & Shropshire + hybrid working)

47,662.50 per annum + Essential Car User Allowance

37 hours per week | Fixed term - 12 months

We''re looking for an experienced Health & Safety professional to play a key role in supporting our management teams across the Group. You''ll help us drive the implementation of our Safety Management System and champion the ongoing development of a positive, proactive safety culture.

What you''ll be doing:

Supporting management teams with all aspects of Health & Safety.

Driving forward our Safety Management System.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and enforcement bodies.

Advising on and managing risks including fire, legionella and asbestos

Leading on the development and implementation of H\&S improvements at both strategic and operational level.

What we''re looking for:

NVQ Level 5 / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice (or equivalent/higher) with evidence of CPD.

CMIOSH / Graduate IOSH status.

Experience in a high-risk sector such as construction or housing

Strong communication and influencing skills - able to engage persuasively at all levels.

Proven track record of driving improvements in health and safety performance.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel across Staffordshire and Shropshire is required).
