We are looking for an experienced HandS Manager to take ownership of health, safety, and compliance across a fast-paced warehouse and office environment.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being visible on-site, building relationships, challenging where needed, and working collaboratively with teams to create a positive safety culture.The RoleReporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of Health and Safety across a large fulfilment warehouse and office environments. You will ensure compliance, improve safety standards, support managers, and provide practical solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standardsComplete risk assessments and implement effective control measuresLead incident investigations and corrective actionsManage COSHH, PPE, manual handling, and safe systems of workDeliver HandS training, inductions, and safety briefingsLead HandS meetings and report on key trends and performanceMonitor HandS KPIs and identify areas for improvementCarry out regular warehouse and office inspectionsSupport managers in maintaining strong safety standardsMonitor housekeeping standards and promote continuous ..... full job details .....
