This is a hands-on role covering multiple locations, carrying out inspections, audits and risk assessments while helping the business maintain high standards across health & safety and environmental compliance. The Role Carry out regular site safety inspections and audits across the business. Complete and review risk assessments and identify ways to reduce risks. Deliver H&S inductions for new starters. Manage training records and ensure employees have the relevant training for their roles. Support accident and incident investigations, including RIDDOR reporting where required. Keep up to date with changes to health, safety and environmental legislation. Record audit findings and produce reports with recommendations for improvement. Support monthly H&S meetings and communicate important safety updates across the business. Help develop and maintain H&S policies, procedures and minimum standards.
