Key Responsibilities: Monitor and improve health and safety practices across departmentsSupport compliance with fire safety and relevant legislationConduct risk assessments, audits, and accident investigationsProvide training and guidance to staff, students, and contractorsContribute to safe event planning and building project support What You''ll Bring: NEBOSH General Certificate (or NCRQ) and IOSH membershipKnowledge of fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene complianceStrong communication skills and ability to lead on safety mattersExperience in residential or higher education settings preferred This is a hybrid/onsite role based in central Oxford.
