Health and Safety Advisor

Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor (6-month fixed term contract) Hours: Full Time 37 hours Salary: £32,000 Location: Acacia House, Blackbrook Park Ave, Taunton TA1 2PX. As part of the role, travel to our sites across South-West England will be required. To apply for this vacancy, you will need to have a UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle. The Role As a valued member of our support centre, the Health and Safety Advisor will take the lead of health and safety related practices across the organisation. You will have an understanding of health and safety within a healthcare setting You will encourage a positive health and safety culture across the organisation Have the ability to write and review documents including policies and procedures. You will investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending improvements Support managers with risk assessments, care environment safety plans and safe systems of work.
